Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Farris Insurance Agency is searching for an in-office personal lines CSR to join our team in Springdale, AR. In this role, you will assist and manage the development and retention of accounts. Please read the following in its entirety to help decide if this is a position that is right for you.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide customer service and account reviews to customers following Farris agency procedures.
  • Work in conjunction with producers to cross-sell and market other lines of business.
  • Prepare proposals and applications for customers and carriers and insure timely responses.
  • Assist clients in making appropriate coverage changes, inform and educate clients about coverage, exclusions and exposures.
  • Document agency management system according to workflow procedure.
  • Maintain active communication with clients and producers to resolve account issues.
